Estimator / Material Takeoff
Local Cherryhill Construction company is seeking an experienced person to work in the office and prepare Framing material take-off on various projects. You must have Construction experience and be able to read blueprints. Experience in Wood framing is necessary additional experience in Metal framing is a plus. Experience using construction Software is necessary. Experience doing Framing hardware or drywall takeoffs is a big plus. You should have excellent communication and written skills. Speaking English, be responsible to come to work every day (5) days a week is critical. You must have your own transportation. Experience working with MS-Excel and Word. A minimum (3) years working with blueprints. Prior experience working for a construction company is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
Construction Software which currently is inuse and expecting a cadndidate have an experience in it.

2) AUTODESK PRODUCT called AUTO CADLT2023
Hours are M – F (8:00am to 5:00 pm) with 1 hour lunch. Salary position, Paid Federal holidays, the company does not have an employee benefits plan. Salary is based on years of experience. We are also willing to hire a qualified person to work part time as well.
