Licensed NJ Architect Wanted to work on design concept and plans for a second floor, two bedroom and one bath addition to be situated on top of our garage. We want to also install new modern composite siding to the exterior of the house. Home is located in Margate, NJ.
Looking for some design suggestions and complete plans to obtain building permit and for construction.
Will pay $2500 for complete plans and an additional $2500 upon obtaining a building permit. Will be negotiable for additional compensation on other work, including the architect overseeing the construction process
