We are seeking a breakfast chef with energy, enthusiasm and good work ethic. Maturity, leadership and a track record of stability is critical. This position oversees the kitchen opening staff and receivables. This is a hands on position with daily prep, line cooking, creating specials, expediting, daily fresh soups and sauces. You will work closely with the Chef in creating weekly specials, and weekend Brunch menu offerings. We have been voted Best of for over 10 straight years.
