Buena Connection Brewing Company is a family owned brewery opening soon in Buena, NJ. We are looking for a full time Brewmaster to add to our small team.
Start up 20 BBL steam brewhouse
Job Requirements:
Prior brewing experience in a commercial brewery
Basic math skills and ability to use brewing instrumentation and measuring devices
Follow and create SOP’s
Yeast understanding and lab knowledge
Willingness to continue brewing knowledge and work/grow as a team
Maintain a clean and orderly brewing space
Physical Requirements:
Lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs
Operate a forklift and complex machinery
Handle hazardous materials
