Requirements:
Prior restaurant experience is required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures are essential
Must be able to work clean and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Must have your own transportation and be on time
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in upholding the highest standards of food quality and consistency by following our standardized recipes for both prep and service. Duties consist of:
Work the line for service
Keep a clean and organized workstation
Make sure the station is properly stocked for the shift
Follow recipes
Prep and execution of food items as needed to meet the restaurant's orders
Abide by and uphold company policies, standards, and state sanitation/health regulations
Ensure and maintain safe and secure working conditions/environment and
ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen facilities and equipment
