Job Description:
As a prep/fryer/dishwasher at Vero Pizzeria by Antimo Lamberti, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and assisting with the overall kitchen operation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and food preparation, with a focus on Italian dinner entrees, sandwiches, and fryer
- Follow established recipes and cooking techniques for menu items.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring our food is consistently delicious.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role with a strong emphasis on italian entrees, sandwiches, and fryer preparation is required.
