We are preparing for our highly anticipated opening and are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and bring our vision to life.
What You’ll Do
The General Manager will be an integral leader in both the pre-opening phase and the day-to-day operations post-launch. You will work closely with ownership, the Executive Chef, and the broader leadership team to build and manage a high-performing FOH team while creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Lead all aspects of pre-opening operations, including hiring, onboarding, training, vendor setup, and service standards
Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on consistency, excellence, and guest satisfaction
Recruit, hire, and develop a strong, hospitality-focused front-of-house team
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and warmth across all service touchpoints
Partner with ownership and marketing to drive grand opening strategy and ongoing promotions
Collaborate with the culinary team to create seamless front- and back-of-house coordination
Create and implement systems for service, inventory, labor scheduling, reservations, and financial reporting
Monitor financial performance, including P&L, cost controls, and labor optimization
Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, presentation, and brand alignment
Oversee private dining and special events operations, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in a high-end dining environment, including 2+ years as a General Manager
Proven success in opening a new restaurant from concept through launch
Expertise in hospitality best practices, team training, and service leadership
Experience managing private events and large parties in a full-service setting
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of current culinary, wine, and service trends
Experience with POS, reservation, and labor platforms (e.g., Toast, SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.)
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and all aspects of front-of-house operations
A calm, composed presence and passion for hospitality and team development
Ability to lead by example with humility, professionalism, and grace under pressure
