JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage options
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system (Clover)
-Work in a team based environment and help fellow servers to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with CLOVER POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service
