BARTENDER
Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and zero proof cocktails according to established recipes.
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and wine.
Provide excellent guest experience, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized bar area.
Check identification to ensure guests meet the legal drinking age.
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
Manage cash handling, including operation the POS system (Toast)
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
SERVERS

Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding customer service skills and positive attitude.
Availability to work days/evenings, week days/weekends/holidays.
TIPS certification (can be completed during training period).
