Our office is located in Northfield, NJ, however we are looking to hired New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides for part-time & full-time shifts in Atlantic, Cumberland & Cape May counties.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
Requirements
- New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide License
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move clients safely and with proper technique
- Knowledge of medical documentation procedures
- Familiarity with senior care practices and memory care techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive limitations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
