Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 year of Home Care Agency Experience
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Good documentation skills
Must have an up to date RN License
Valid Driver's License (have your own vehicle)
CPR certification
Physical Exam (within the last 6 months)
Results of 2-Step PPD (within the last 365 days) or Chest X-ray
Mumps/Rubella/Rubella record
Qualified to Pass a Background check and drug screening
