Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Cleaning - wiping/disinfecting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and emptying trash cans.
Dust counters, ledges, tops of partitions & mirrors.
Disinfect telephones and all surfaces.
Clean conference rooms and rearrange chairs.
Vacuum all areas with carpet.
Mop all hard surface floors.
Clean exterior and interior entrance area doors.
Spot clean all glass, as needed.
Disinfect and clean all bathrooms including toilets.
Replacing all dispensers with towels, tissues and hand soap
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent education required. A background check is required.
Must have at least 4 years of commercial cleaning experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation. (Employee may be required to transport equipment from different work sites)
Must be dependable and have strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Pay Rate: 15training pay up to $20 an hour based on experience
Hours: Flexible hours starting after 5 pm Friday
