-Moorestown,NJ: Monday-Wednesday-Friday 7 pm - 8:30 pm (1.5 hrs/ day)
-Moorestown,NJ: Tuesday-Thursday-Friday-Sunday 8:30 pm - 10:30 pm (2 hrs/ day)
-Mt. Laurel, NJ: Saturday 2 pm to 6 pm (4.0 hrs shift)
-Mt. Laurel, NJ: Sunday 4 pm to 8 pm (4.0 hrs shift)

Responsibilities:
*Perform any and all cleaning duties including but not limited to: dusting and polishing surfaces thoroughly; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors and carpets; washing and cleaning sinks, toilets, and wash basins; cleaning glass interior and exterior; and wiping and polishing mirrors, shelving, and fixtures
*Empty trash receptacles
*Fill all paper and soap dispensers
*Police the front and side of the building, including all entrance ways, for cleanliness
*Clean and properly put away working materials upon completion of work, ensuring storage areas are locked and secure when not in use
*Provide professional and friendly customer service to all customers, staff, property management and visitors, acknowledge staff and respond quickly to concerns, etc.
*Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require more intensive cleaning to Office, Site Supervisor or Manager
*Adhere to all company and site policies and procedures and report any safety hazards to supervisor
*All other job duties as requested/required
Required Qualifications:
*Valid Drivers License-REQUIRED
*Previous cleaning experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Must be willing to consent to background check and drug screening, if necessary.
*Uniform shirts & ID Badges are provided and must be worn during work hours.
*Able to follow spoken and written instructions
*Able to work without direct supervision
*Able to sit, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
*Ascending/descending stairs and ladders regularly required
*Reliable, highly organized, attentive to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional
*Able to multi-task work, perform well under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks
*Required to move heavy equipment weighing up to 20 lbs. frequently
*May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
*Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus
