We are currently seeking Concrete helpers to join our team at Forcine Concrete. As a Concrete helper, you will be responsible for executing concrete projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are completed within the defined timeline. Training will be provided to driven, motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment.
- Install concrete reinforcements, such as rebar or wire mesh.
- Shape and finish concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even appearance.
- Install and reinforce concrete structures, following specifications and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of completed work.
- Clean and prepare equipment and job site after completion of work.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- No Prior experience necessary- we will consider any candidate that's willing to learn this trade.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
