A1 property management and maintenance is looking for someone to HElP maintain and up grade properties. Cleaning, yard care, building repair, painting, light plumbing ect. Installing kitchens and bathrooms ect. Knowledge of woodworking, light plumbing Yard care is helpful but not necessary. We are looking for hard working willing to learn people. People who can take instruction without argument. You MUST be capable to lift 50 lbs. To get dirty and the willingness to learn how to use many types of tools. We can train people to do many types of home repairs. We start part time and if you prove responsible and hard working you may get more hours. Your job is to help someone with experience in this field and learn, how to do much of the work on your own in the future. You will learn a lot if you listen and take all instructions seriously! We don’t want to hear how you did it in your last job. You are working at this job not your last job. So we do things how we do things at our workplace.
