Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appeal of our property.
You'll be responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and other essential tasks to help keep our property in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency repairs on the townhomes (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall etc).
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize repairs and downtime.
Inspect and troubleshoot various systems to diagnose issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
Respond to work orders and assist residents with maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in all areas of the property.
Keep accurate records of completed work orders, supplies used, and any needed materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance, general repairs, or a related field.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
