Description:
-Maintain cleanliness of common areas, sidewalks, and parking lots
-Basic grounds keeping, replacing burnt out light bulbs, both on the interiors and exteriors of building
-Maintaining property curb appeal
-Seasonal leaf collection and snow removal
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to lift +50lbs
Previous groundskeeping experience a plus
Must be eligible to work in the United States
