COMPANY OVERVIEW
All Safewater Technologies. We are a fully insured water treatment company centrally located in Tabernacle, New Jersey. We service homes and businesses in Burlington County, Ocean County, Camden County, Atlantic County and Gloucester County. Here at All Safewater our customer’s water quality is very important to us and Because We Care, we want to make sure their water is safe for their family to drink and bathe in as well. All Safewater performs service on existing Water Treatment Equipment as well as installations for our residential and commercial clients. Many of our customers are private homeowners that have well water.
PRIMARY ROLE
The Helper assists the Service Technician with installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs water conditioning equipment in home & business environments, following company standards and procedures. The helper will be working directly with the owner until independently capable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Professionally greet and interact with customers.
Complete assigned instructions from the Technician as to what is needed at the jobsite to complete the service or installation.
Communicate with your supervisor, customer service, dispatch, and other team members.
Follow company inventory and tracking procedures.
Complete necessary paperless and paper based procedures.
Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This is the starting position but can move up to be the technician.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have knowledge or tools and basic plumbing
Must possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Basic computer skills.
A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Must be self-directed, have strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to maintain proper attendance and punctuality standards.
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100lbs.
Working in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions.
Able to work with hand and power tools.
