Little Bob's Landscape Management is an established growing company (over 35 years) that provides landscape installation and maintenance services to its clientele as well as commercial snow/ice management for a select area in Camden County.
We are seeking individuals interested in 40 (+) hour weeks primarily Monday-Friday, will have to work some Saturdays as well (depending on weather). We offer competitive pay with paid holidays, sick time, vacation and opportunity to advance from within.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass drug screening
Monday - Friday - work some Saturdays during busy spring/fall season or if weather during week too inclement to work
positive attitude and be able to work with others
capable to lift 50#'s
ability to work in inclement weather (within reason)
safely operate tools and be aware of safety of others in work area
Lawn Maintenance Crew (1+ years experience) Crew Leader (3+ years experience)
valid driver's license
must be able to operate hydro drive mowers (walk behinds and stand-ons), edgers, trimmers, blowers
must be able to work as a team, follow direction and work efficiently with minimal intervention
Landscape Team Member
valid driver's license
experience with mulching, pruning, removals, installs, sodding
experience with hand and power tools to perform the aforementioned tasks
must be able to work as a team, follow direction and work efficiently with minimal intervention
