Plumbing, HVAC systems. Work on task such as painting, drywall, plaster, cement, locks, door repairs, security when needed, elevator repairs etc.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address any concerns in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues in apartments
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Assist in supervising external contractors when necessary
