We are looking for a Mold Restoration Technician. The technician will primarily be responsible for executing mold remediation projects while ensuring that the proper techniques and strategies are utilized during the restoration process.

Light Demo, Insulation Removal
Cleaning
Painting
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Prior industry training and experience (minimum 1-3 years). a plus.
Availability for occasional Saturday hours (No nights or Sundays).
Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Graduate
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid Driver’s License without major violations.
Drug free and ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
Ability to work with//around cleaning projects/chemicals
Job Type: Part or Full-time
Salary: $22/hour
Experience:
Mold remediation: 2 years (Preferred)
Valid Driver's License (Required)
IICRC or comparable restoration industry certifications (Preferred)
