Well established modular home company seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor. This is a PART TIME, AS NEEDED, position, often called a "gig" type of job. This job would be perfect for a retired person looking to supplement their income. If you are currently working, this may not be a fit for you.
Job duties include inspecting job sites for a future modular home, checking for obstructions, checking roads, measuring the lot and the foundation, meeting the delivery of the modular home and being on site for the "assembly" of the modular home. The assembly, which is called "crane and set" will normally be a one or two day process. You would only be there to "observe". We will provide initial training. Reliable transportation is a must. The sites will be mostly in N.J. Will, at times, involve travel to NJ, PA and occasionally to NY. We pay hourly rate and milage. Will discuss at time of interview.
