You'll perform tasks related to painting and finishing on construction sites, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting (e.g., cleaning, sanding, priming).Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or masking tape.Clean and maintain painting equipment.Follow health and safety regulations.Assist with other construction tasks as needed.Follow instructions from supervisors.Perform other related duties.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Physical strength and stamina.Experience in painting or construction preferred but not required.Knowledge of painting techniques and tools.Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Willingness to work in various weather conditions.Physical Requirements:Lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.Work Environment:Outdoor and indoor construction sites.Exposure to weather, noise, dust, and fumes.
