Here is what the job is: You will be an assistant to the "crew leader" as a helper. You will be trained to clean exterior windows, wash houses, deck, fences, driveways and roofs. We offer training to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site. The pay starts out low (because you don't know anything yet) and will be $15.00 per hour. After two weeks of exceptional performance you will be re-evaluated for a raise. If you are a top performer and a really great fit with our company, then you will be promoted to "crew leader." They are very detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work hard, but get to work outside everyday without someone standing over their shoulder.
