Need an experienced person to assist with all facets of maintenance and repair on a 20-acre residential property.
carpentry projects to include but not limited to sanding, painting, and various general repair
gardening projects to include but not limited to weeding, mulching, mowing and brush removal
Must be a self-starter as you may work alone some days
Must be able to lift 50lb
Must have own transportation
Saturdays: 7AM to 1 PM
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a year around position.
Starting Rate: $30 hourly
$32.50 hourly after successful 90-day review
Weekly payroll
IMPORTANT NOTE: Must be able to pass background and drug screening
