We are hiring skilled and dependable Residential Painters for part-time, full-time, and 1099 contractor positions. You'll be responsible for prepping and painting residential interiors with a focus on quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces (sanding, patching, priming)
-Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
-Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths or tape
-Perform light drywall repairs and caulking
-Maintain a clean job site and care for equipment
-Follow safety standards and quality expectations
Qualifications
-Experience in residential painting required
-Knowledge of painting tools, products, and techniques
-Strong attention to detail and work ethic
-Ability to lift, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
-Reliable transportation
1099 Contractor Requirements
To qualify as a 1099 independent contractor, you must:
-Provide your own tools and equipment
-Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Carry liability insurance (proof required)
-Be able to work independently and manage your own schedule
-Submit invoices for completed work
-Be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor (W-9 required)
