Semi-retired attorney looking for NJ licensed attorney to make appearances, work on files, interact with clients, etc. while I am out of the state and need coverage. Pa licensed a plus.
My practice revolves around many different areas. I have civil litigation files, family law files, municipal court files, criminal files, etc. We would have to agree to a fee agreement that would benefit the both of us. Some of the files are contingent, some flat and others by the hour. Eventually I would like to become just the rainmaker and bring in the business from referrals over the past 25 years and have someone who is driven, hard worker, organized, is confident appearing before the Court and Jury, and works well with clients.
