Lento Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-litigation and litigation procedures, and familiarity with Pennsylvania long-arm jurisdiction or litigation procedures is a significant plus.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in pre-litigation and litigation matters
Strong knowledge of New Jersey court procedures
Familiarity with Pennsylvania civil procedure preferred
Ability to draft pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
