We are looking for a new employee to assist with factory work, which may include Quality Control, inspection and packaging, machine operator, forklift operator, warehouse employee and other general tasks to support our family business in Bridgeton NJ. You will likely operate a NON-CDL box truck locally at times, less than 20 miles a day, in both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
This is a full time position, which is typically 30-50 hours per week, starting at 8:00 am, Monday - Friday. End time is variable based on the specific tasks of the day, but usually 3:00 pm-5:15 pm. This is full time employment, not seasonal work. We may be able to accommodate slight changes to start time.
Requirements:
A valid NJ Drivers License.
A working Cell phone.
A good spirited team worker willing to learn multiple jobs.
Lifting, carrying, standing, pushing and pulling, punctuality and the ability to clearly communicate and quickly learn.
Drug and Alcohol free workplace.
No formal training prerequisite is required, but certainly welcome. Compensation will reflect experience, and starts at $18.50/hour. Benefits, sick and vacation time are available after probationary period, as are scheduled raises. Bonuses are frequently offered, but not guaranteed. We are an EOE.
