Our Client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking two Industrial Machinery Mechanics to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity, offering $25-$35 an hour based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Trim, file, grind, buff or smooth surfaces, edges, or joints of assembled pieces using hand/power tools
Set up and employ all essential fixtures
Adapt tools to new applications
Use calculators, scribes, dividers, squares and rulers
Measure and mark dimensions and reference lines in accordance to drawings/blueprints
Work from drawings and specifications
Inspect and test completed units
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, scales and gauges
Keep a safe work environment
Requirements:
A high school diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Previous experience with diversified mechanical, electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assembly units.
Previous Forklift, scissor lift and boom lift are required
Ability to understand and read blueprints
Ability to use common hand tools
Knowledge of vacuum systems, induction furnaces and metal reclamation systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
