About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Lumper to join our warehouse team in Bridgeton, NJ. In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, organizing freight, and assisting with general warehouse operations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow and long-term stability for dependable team players.
What You’ll Do
Load and unload materials from trailers using manual labor or equipment (if certified).
Sort, stage, and palletize products for shipping or storage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist forklift operators and warehouse staff with daily operations.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus (higher pay offered for certified operators).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, hardworking, and a team-oriented attitude.
