Buona Vita, Inc., the leading manufacturer of Italian style meatballs in the US, is searching for Bagging Machine Operators and Mix Technicians for their manufacturing facility in Bridgeton, NJ.

Job Duties for Machine Operator:
Assemble Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine for operation after completion of pre-operational inspection. (1st shift)
Load tubes and film as required.
Perform cleaning of machine in delicate areas where machine is not accessible to sanitation crew.
Maintain quality of bag seams, registrations and cuts.
Assist in system cleanout for product changeovers if needed.
Perform PMs on bagger machines.
Maintain clean working environment.
Will fill in for other areas of the production line as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Duties for Mix Technician:
Utilize each of the batch ingredients to make a completed formula.
Operate cart lift, augers, mixer.
Prepare raw meat lot test samples with Grinder Operator.
Maintain clean working environment.
Maintains good writing skills.
Other duties as assigned.
