Injection Molding/Process Technician - Day Shift
Injection molding facility is looking for a hard-working individual that has injection molding experience to work at a manufacturing facility in South Jersey.
Must have good references and a solid working background.
Responsibilities
Setup/ optimize/ and verifies tooling if needed, processes molds to meet standards for production personnel. Documents all activity relating to molds and fixtures by part number after use.
Training of all manufacturing machine operators as required. Monitors that all operations are conducted in a safe orderly manner.
Work with and teach employees as required on the operational and safety aspects of all equipment and fixtures, assists them in achieving engineering standards and troubleshooting as required, documents all production runs, condition of tooling, any modifications required, alert Manager machine shop and maintenance as support is needed. Perform validations, samples, and qualifications as necessary.
Machine operator also as needed
Qualifications
High School/Trade School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years minimum injection molding set-up/process experience.
Experience working in an injection molding manufacturing setting preferred.
Experience with Injection Molding clean room is a plus.
1st Shift (7:00 pm - 3:30 pm)
Good attendance a must.
Must have good transportation
