Candidate will perform routine office duties including—but not limited to—the following:
- Answer telephones, resolve parishioners request, take messages, transfer calls, fill out forms
- Must have knowledge of how to operate office equipment such as computer, fax machine, copier, phone system
- Must be proficient in the following Microsoft Office software: Word, Publisher. Must be willing to learn additional software (i.e., Parish Soft, Hostinger website tools)
- Should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Must pay attention to detail and possess a strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Should be familiar with the beliefs and practices of the Catholic Faith
- Must be honest and trustworthy. A background check will be conducted
- Medical Benefits are not included; however, paid holidays, sick days, personal days, are provided along with a very pleasant work environment. :)
