Accounts Receivable Clerk – Part Time 16 – 20 hours per week
We are looking for an upbeat, diligent person to work in a medium paced small office environment. Hours are flexible and we will try to work with your schedule. Our office is open M-F 8am to 5pm.
Duties include light phone reception, order processing for large accounts via the internet with phone call follow up when necessary, payment reminder calls for past due accounts & light filing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge & experience with Excel and Word. At least 1 year experience in an administrative position is preferred.
