The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls

Scheduling appointments and meetings

Preparing and distributing correspondence

Maintaining files and records

Providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
