Administrative Assistant:
Small family owned, South Jersey CPA firm with a growing practice is seeking an individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized and capable of multi-tasking. The position requires extensive phone and scheduling skills, computer data entry, filing and file management and assistance with correspondence. Our firm uses Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as several Intuit products. We expect to train for the data entry software.
Currently, we anticipate 25-30 hours per week but the position has room for growth and could lead to full-time. Flex hours (to accommodate school schedules or similar) are possible.
