Position Overview:
This is a full-time, in-office position for someone with experience in construction administration. You’ll be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with field teams, and using SAGE 100 Contractor software to support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Open/close office and manage incoming calls
Maintain job records in SAGE 100 Contractor
Prepare RFQs, POs, subcontracts, submittals
Coordinate documents and schedules
Use Microsoft Teams for team communication
Provide administrative support to field operations
Requirements:
5 years general office admin experience
3 years in construction/contract administration
Proficient with SAGE 100 Contractor or similar
Excel, Word, and Teams proficiency
Strong file organization and computer networking skills
Experience using AI tools for admin tasks
Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated
Strong phone and communication skills
Must want to be part of the company’s growth and success
Nice-to-Haves: Notary commission, bilingual (Spanish), bookkeeping, PDF editing experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: On-site only – no remote work considered
Pay: $24.00 – $26.50 per hour, based on experience
