Busy property management and general contracting company in Avalon is seeking a highly qualified person who has the ability to multitask and organize work flows.
Job includes follow up on customers projects, material orders, coordinate subcontractor visits, customer/vendor communications, occasional home/job site visits and manage schedules.
Applicant must be very organized, work well in a construction service environment and friendly.
Design experience a plus
Work directly with the principal of the company.
Computer skills and good phone communication skills are a must, reliable and responsible,
3 years experience in construction and contracting a plus.
Full time position, compensation based upon experience.
