Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
Duties
- Maintain computerized records and databases
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Support office staff with clerical tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails
- Assist in the estimating process
Requirements
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word & Excel
- Construction experience a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Prior experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role is advantageous
25 - 30 hours per week.
