The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will handle many of the day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, preparing purchase orders, quotations, reports, letters, packing lists, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum 5 years administrative or clerical experience
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
