Greets client, visitors and staff. Scheduling appointments, checking e-mails, answering and making phone calls. Take lead in the office supplies, performs filing, and reception duties. Assist with additional general office tasks as needed. Schedule necessary maintenance and repairs for all administration equipment. Ensures the confidentiality of all records, materials and communications concerning the identity of clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience with office systems and/or front desk. Candidate must be well organized, able to prioritize tasks, multi-task, work independently, and comfortable in assisting with daily business and errands/tasks.
