Must have strong skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word. Will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities include:
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, preparing purchase orders, quotations, reports, letters, packing lists, etc.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum 5 years administrative or clerical experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
