We are looking for a reliable Showing Assistant to help show homes to prospective buyers. Most of our buyers speak Spanish, so Spanish fluency is required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, professional, and enjoys working with people. No real estate license or prior real estate experience is needed just the ability to be punctual, communicate well, and open doors for buyers at scheduled times.
Responsibilities:
Meet buyers at properties and show them the home.
Communicate in Spanish and English as needed.
Provide a professional, welcoming experience for buyers.
Keep us updated on showings and buyer feedback.
Drive to various properties across Palmyra, Burlington, Pennsauken, South Philadelphia, and Paulsboro, etc.
Requirements:
Must speak Spanish fluently.
Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license.
Must have a smartphone (for directions, calls, texts).
Availability some evenings and weekends (schedule is flexible).
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Compensation:
$25/hour
