Palm Tree Realty is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Manager to lead and support our growing team of real estate agents. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, provide guidance and training to agents, ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations, and help drive business growth and agent productivity. You will have all of the benefits of having your own brokerage with none of the upfront investment and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of approximately 7 licensed real estate agents.
Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to agents to help them meet performance goals.
Oversee real estate transactions to ensure accuracy, legal compliance, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the broker/owner to implement office policies and strategic business plans.
Resolve client and agent disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Recruit, onboard, and train new agents as needed.
Qualifications:
Active NJ Real Estate Broker’s License
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Compensation and Benefits:
100% Commission on all personal transactions
10% Commission on agent transactions
