We are a boutique real estate brokerage with deep local roots. Alongside residential sales, we manage a portfolio of rental properties and development projects, Our Office is small. Friendly, and fast paced. We are looking for a dependable, organized, detail oriented professional to help us run the business smoothly.
This is a multi-skilled position that combines:
Transaction Coordinator – Manage 4-6 residential sales each months from contract to close.
Office Administrator- Keep the office organized, oversee calls/emails, supplies and records.
Property Management Support – Track utilizes, insurance, repair, and vendor schedules.
Compliance & Licensing – Help with license renewals, LLC filings, and office deadlines.

What we’re looking for:
Prior experience in real Estate Transaction processing (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort handling multiple responsibilities and working independently.
Clear communication skills – with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Property management or office management background is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MLS/real estate software familiarity is a plus.
