RENTAL AGENT
Part Time. Weekends and some weekdays/evenings with the opportunity to become full time
Qualified applicants:
3 years experience in rentals
must have computer excellent computer skills
Advertising listing adds on the internet, craigslist , FB etc
excellent customer service
be detail oriented
be able to meet company deadlines
Leasing Duties
Show prospects apartments and apartment community
Follow up on all apartment inquiries from potential residents
Process all applications timely such as tenant data, rental history, and employment verification. Completed applications must be approved by Property Manager * Administrative Duties
Maintain a current listing of available units
Logs all traffic, prospect emails and phone calls daily
Must be able to travel for training if need be.
