Seeking Experienced Apartment Renovator
CONTRACTOR: Seeking qualified contractor(s) with experience and crews to handle apartment renovations & other similar work in a community setting.
Work includes but is not limited to:
Demo, Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, Tile, Kitchen, LVT, Carpentry/Doors/Trim, Basic Plumbing and Electric
All work must be done to proper code in addition to our own quality control personnel.
Must be clean, neat, and professional. ALL material can/will be provided for.
This is volume work and we are seeking to partner with a contractor(s) who have experience and appreciates the value component of that. Pricing is based off job but is NOT retail. We are efficient operators who must keep costs low.
