About the Role:
The Business Developer plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This position requires a strategic mindset to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies that align with our business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing business development plans that enhance our market presence and increase revenue. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that our offerings meet client needs and expectations. Ultimately, the Business Developer will contribute significantly to the long-term success and sustainability of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry with a focus on warehouses and/or manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales growth
- Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales and account management preferred
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
