Signature is hiring for Full time Customer Service and Sales Associates! No experience needed!
Note: This role does include outside sales. We do provide warm leads on behalf of clients.
Essential Responsibilities:
Generate new consumer business by working hands on with existing and prospective customers
Selling and Upgrading customers with new services
Comfortable with explaining with Speed testing and services
Complete all online training courses and sessions as need be
Create new sales strategies for consumers on new products launches and services
Continued follow up with customers on installations and service issues
Qualifications for the Role:
College Degree or some course work is preferred
Exceptional Customer Service
Must have a Valid Drivers License and be at least 18 years of age
Excellent Communication and Oral Skills are a must
Self Starter and Energetic Attitude
